I always felt her entrance on this tour was a bit "casual" (sidling through the band) and an odd choice to have her start singing from off-stage first.

Saw her in London on the same tour. She clearly wasn't miming. Weirdest thing was that she was more or less note perfect for the whole show, which I hadn't imagined was even possible with a voice like THAT. Very impressive. I remember the opposite experience with U2 for Popmart -- Bono couldn't hold a note and sang flat the whole time. It was excruciating.
Yeah I saw Tina several times throughout her lifetime with great seats up front and she always sang live. Even saw her once when she had a cold and she gave 110% on that stage.
God wanted one more star in the sky and called her to have her closer. An inspiring woman and a strong spirit. Unmatched talent. A powerful voice full of energy. Immeasurable talent.
